    You may access your own office 24 hours, 365 days of the year .


    The centre reception office is open 9am till 5pm Monday till Friday excluding bank holidays

  • Am I tied to a contract?

    All offices are let with a 6-month contract and then ongoing on a periodic basis.

  • How much notice do I need to give?

    Two months’ notice is required to end contract.

  • How do clients access my office?

    Visitors are asked to come to reception and sign a visitors book (for fire safety) and reception will call you on the phone to inform you that your visitor has arrived and they will be shown to the breakout area to take a seat whilst waiting.

  • Do I have parking?

    Each office comes with 1 designated parking space. Additional spaces can be requested.

  • Is broadband/WiFi provided?

    Yes. Superfast fibre optic broadband and wifi are included with multi access internet and telephone ports in your all-inclusive office pack.

  • Are utilities included?

    Air-conditioned heating and cooling. Electricity, water rates, building insurance and maintenance are also part of your all-inclusive package as well as communal cleaning.

  • Do the offices come furnished?

    You may prefer to choose your own furniture to suit your business requirements, however, furniture can be bought through Concept Business Centre.
